Intro special: If it's your first time at the studio, you can take unlimited classes for your first week for only $20

Drop-in: $15; Full-time students: $12 with valid student ID; Community class: $8

10-class card: $120; Full-time students: $100 with valid student ID.

We offer private instruction for individuals and groups.

Studio etiquette:

1) Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to allow time to sign in and set up. If you are running late, keep in mind we will not be available to let you in 5 minutes after class begins.

2) Please plan to stay for the entire class. If you need to leave early, let the instructor know beforehand.

3) No cell phones or shoes in the studio.

Class descriptions:

All levels: A 90-minute sequence of postures that flow from one to the next. The room is heated to around 95 degrees, allowing for greater detoxification, pliable muscles, and a good sweat. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and encouraged to work to their degree of difficulty.

Basics: A 90-minute class that emphasizes the building blocks of a strong yoga practice. A great introduction for brand-new students, it is also extremely valuable to those more experienced students who would like to reinforce the foundation of their practice.

Hour of Power (HoP): Our All Levels class in a 60-minute format.

Intermediate: This 100-110 minute class is a more rigorous exploration of power yoga. You will encounter challenges and postures unlike those in the All Levels classes. We ask that participants have taken at least 10 classes at Shiva Shakti before attending.

Community Class: These classes are taught by qualified teachers in training, and follow the same format as our all levels classes. Cost is $8.

Winter Weather Policy: If we cancel class due to weather, we will post it on the website and also leave an outgoing message on voicemail at least one hour before class.
